We post all items in safe and secure packaging via Hermes. Orders are usually dispatched within two days of the order being placed.

We ship to most countries worldwide. You will be able to check whether we ship to your country and what the shipping costs under the 'Postage and Payments' tab on each item description.

Once dispatched, most parcels arrive within 2-5 days. International items can take longer. The estimated transit time will be displayed at checkout.

We sell online via eBay, so you're covered by its Money Back Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or if you simply change your mind, we'll issue you a refund once we've received your return. Items must be unused, and in their original condition, with any packaging in tact, as per the eBay returns policy.

For online purchases, you'll need to initiate a return via eBay.

You should always return your items via a trusted postal provider such as Hermes, Royal Mail or Post Office. Be sure to check that you're covered for compensation just in case it gets lost or damaged in transit. If you're unsure how to do this, the staff in your local post office will be able to advise you.

We will refund you within 5-7 working days from receiving your return.
