- Most orders ships within 48 hours unless stated. Some items may take an additional 2 - 3 days to process, and will be indicated on the product's page. All of our packages will either be deliver by USPS, or by Fedex Ground. Please allow 10 days to arrive for the lower 48 States. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

The only International shipping methods Toys of Japan will guarantee replacement or reimbursement for loss are USPS Express Mail International.
First time International customers may be contacted for proof of identification and credit card verification to prevent fraud.
International customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Toys of Japan is not responsible for these charges.
Please contact your local customs department for more information, these duties, taxes, fees and laws vary by each country.
All our items are Made in China.
All shipments refused and returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.There is no refund for you shipping fees, no exceptions.
If you wish to have the shipment resent you will have to pay the postage again.

Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 10 days hassle free return for unopened items. Return postage must be paid by the buyer. Be sure to insured the item, and pack well. Item that are return damage will return at buyer'expense. Please refer to your return form for instruction.
- Collectible PVC and Figure cannot be return. Special order cannot be return.
Please note that the photos shown are of a prototype. The production version may vary. Figures such as this are mass produced, and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur. These are not considered manufacturer defects, and we will not accept return.
